Zhouji Guitar Co.,ltd is a professional manufacturer which produces all kinds of electric guitars,acoustic guitars, bass guitars banjos and mandolins etc. OEM and ODM accepted.
Till now, we have established business relationship with many famous musical companies in areas of America, UK,Germany and countries in Asia etc. On the tenet of Quality first,Clients Advanced, Zhouji is always looking for more ways to improve our services.

We have established our electric guitar facotory and wood guitar factory in 2003 and 2005 successively.Now our facotories spread out over an area of 9,000 square meters and have 300 workers together. We use a precise intricate production formula to manufacture a guitar that has a lasting sound which will only improve with age. We begin with specially selected wood selected for its tonal characteristics that is aged for over 18 months in order to let the wood mature and become genuine before its dry treatment. All wooden material measured with over 8 degrees of humidity is immediately discarded from the production process.

A dedicated team of artisans collaborate together with the use of modern precision instruments in a variety of controlled environments of less than 60 degrees of humidity throughout the production process. The several stages of sanding by our skilled workers are key points in the final stages before proficient coating. Continuous quality control inspections are executed throughout the production process up till the moment before they are shipped out so that we can proudly offer guitarists a flawless guitar.

warranty

Zhouji provides a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner on instruments purchased from Zhouji guitar compay. Zhouji instruments are warranted from defects in workmanship and materials. Zhouji will repair or replace, at the manufacturer's discretion, any part found defective by our technicians. Zhouji reserves the right to use current technology and materials available to repair the warranted instrument.

Parts that are considered normal wear items are listed below and are not covered by this warranty. They include, but are not limited to: finishes, plating of metal parts, strings, frets, saddles, nuts, fingerboards, pickguards, tuning gears, wiring, potentiometers, and pickups. Wood cracks, which are the result of the normal aging process, are not covered. Tone is not covered by this warranty, since it is based on subjective and personal preference. Physical damage to the instrument by abuse, excessive string tension, or lack of proper care and
maintenance, or instruments that have been altered from the original factory specifications, will not be covered. All transportation costs and insurance are the sole responsibility of the owner of the instrument. Void where prohibited by law.
